Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the class dates and the following instructions: 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • When the bell rings, your child will meet Kim McCullough in the courtyard in front of the main office between 2:35-2:45.

  • At 2:45, Kim will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students, as a group, to Room 1E, in the Kindergarten Pod.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • After class, Kim will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students, as a group, back to the courtyard in front of the main office. Car riders will be picked up by parents shortly after 3:50 from this location.

  • If your child is absent or if you need to make child care changes on the day of class, TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give both the Afterschool Director and your child’s teacher a note with the class dates and the following instructions:  

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to both the Afterschool Director and your child’s teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before ArtzHub After School Art Classes

  • Your child WILL be dismissed from his/her classroom

  • When the bell rings, your child will meet Kim McCullough in the courtyard in front of the main office between 2:35-2:45.

  • At 2:45, Kim will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students to Room 1E, in the Kindergarten Pod.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • After class, Kim will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students back up to the courtyard in front of the main office.

  • Afterschool children will be released to the cafeteria to join Afterschool shortly after 3:50 from this location.

  • If your child is absent or if you need to make child care changes on the day of class, TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.
