Instructions For Parents/Caregivers

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's Teacher a note with the class dates and the following instructions: 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to his/her Teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • When the bell rings, your child will meet Susan Richards in front of the cafeteria entrance, at the table by the tree, between 2:35-2:45.

  • At 2:45, Susan will walk with the children to Room 012.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • After class, Susan will walk with the children up to the main entrance of the school for pick up between 3:55 and 4:00.

  • Parents/ Caregivers must be present at 3:55 at the front of the school by the main entrance to pick up.

  • If your child will be absent for any reason TEXT SUSAN BEFORE CLASS at 207-831-0318 to let her know.

    • If your child walks or bikes home (solo or with friends) - let Susan know

    • If your child is going home with someone other than you - let Susan know

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give both the Afterschool Site Director and your child’s Teacher a note with the class dates and the following instructions:  

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to both the Afterschool Site Director and your child’s Teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before ArtzHub After School Art Classes

  • Your child WILL be dismissed from his/her classroom

  • When the bell rings, your child will meet Susan Richards in front of the cafeteria entrance, at the table by the tree, between 2:35-2:45.

  • At 2:45, Susan will walk with the children to Room 012.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • After class, Susan will walk with the children back to Afterschool, dropping them off at the Multipurpose Building at approximately 3:55.

  • If your child will be absent for any reason TEXT SUSAN BEFORE CLASS at 207-831-0318 to let her know.
