Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the class dates and room assignment.

  • Your child will not be released to Artzhub without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • Your child will go from his/her classroom when the bell rings directly to ROOM 214. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to Room 214.

  • Kim McCullough will be present at 2:30 in ROOM 214 when the bell rings to greet students as they arrive.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • Kim will bring car riders to the front of the school around 3:50 for pick up. Please wait outside the main door of the school.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes, TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give both the Afterschool Director and Group Leader a note with the class dates and room assignment.

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub without a note to both the Afterschool Director and your child’s group leader. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child MUST CHECK IN with Afterschool at the GYM before coming to ArtzHub After School Art Classes.

  • Your child will go to After School Art in ROOM 214 after checking in at Afterschool.

  • Your child will participate in our after school art class in ROOM 214 from 2:45-3:45.

  • Afterschool children will return to Afterschool in the Cafeteria around 3:50 by walking there as a group.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes, TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.
